About us
Urmston Travel Clinic is the travel-health service of Davyhulme Pharmacy, 179–181 Canterbury Road, Urmston, M41 0SE, operated by [registered company name — to confirm]. Our service is overseen by our superintendent pharmacist, Muhammad Adnan (GPhC 2073652).
Our service
We provide travel vaccinations, travel-health consultations and related pharmacy services. All care is provided by, or under the supervision of, a registered pharmacist. Before any vaccination or treatment, we assess whether it is suitable and safe for you. We may decline to provide a vaccine or service where it would not be clinically appropriate.
Appointments and bookings
You can book online or by phone. Please arrive on time and bring details of your trip, your medicines and any vaccination records or certificates you already have. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. [Confirm any cancellation terms or deposit policy.]
Prices and payment
Prices for our vaccines and services are shown on our website and confirmed with you before anything is given. Prices are correct at the time of publishing and may change. Payment is taken at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
Medicines and prescriptions
Where a medicine is appropriate, it is supplied only after a suitable assessment by our pharmacist. We do not advertise or supply prescription-only medicines other than in accordance with the law and good professional practice.
Information on this website
The information on our website is general and is not a substitute for a personal consultation. Your individual needs are always assessed by our pharmacist. While we take care to keep our information accurate and grounded in NHS, TravelHealthPro and UKHSA guidance, travel-health requirements can change, and you should confirm your specific needs with us.
Complaints and contact
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please speak to us so we can put it right — call 0161 748 3016 or email info@urmstontravelclinic.co.uk. As a registered pharmacy, we are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (pharmacyregulation.org).
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. [Confirm the liability wording with a suitably qualified adviser.]
