Getting to us from Partington
From Partington the simplest route is to head east towards Flixton and Urmston. The road through Carrington and along into Flixton brings you out near Urmston town centre, and from there you follow the signs towards Davyhulme to find us on Canterbury Road. It's a short, steady drive with no need to battle into the middle of Manchester. If you'd rather not drive, the bus links from Partington run through to Urmston, where the pharmacy is only a few minutes further on.
Parking and the practical bits
There's local parking around Canterbury Road and the surrounding Davyhulme streets, so you shouldn't have to circle for long. We'll always try to offer appointment times that suit Partington families, including slots around the school day and after work. When you book, just let us know where you're travelling and when you fly, and we'll make sure your vaccine schedule has enough time to take effect before you go.
What to expect at your appointment
We start with a proper chat about your trip — your destinations, what you'll be doing there, where you're staying and any health conditions or medicines that matter. From that we put together a plan that's right for you, rather than a one-size-fits-all list. As well as vaccines, we can talk through malaria prevention, food and water safety, insect-bite advice and the small things that make a big difference on the ground. You'll leave knowing exactly what you've had and what, if anything, still needs doing.
