Cholera
As of 17 November 2025, a total of 2,018 cholera cases have been reported in Nepal since 1 January 2025. In comparison, in 2024 up to 23 September 2024, a total of 95 cases were reported.
Acute watery diarrhoea
Between 9 August and 7 September 2025, a total of 1,171 cases of acute watery diarhhoea have been reported in Birgunj Meteropolitan City.
