Chikungunya
As of 25 January 2026, a total of 1,457 suspected cases of chikungunya have been reported in Cuba since the start of the year. 51,217 suspected cases (46 death) were reported during 2025.

Dengue
As of 11 January 2026, 202 suspected cases of dengue have been reported in Cuba since the start of the year. A total of 30,692 cases (19 deaths) were reported during 2025. Serotypes DENV-1, DENV-2 and DENV-3 were reported.
Oropouche virus disease
As of 20 Septermber 2025, a total of 4,119 (with 36 confirmed) cases of Oropouche virus disease (OROV) have been reported during 2025.
