Yellow fever
As of 13 March 2026, two yellow fever cases have been reported in the department of Madre de Dios. Seven further cases are under investigation from various departments. 49 cases of yellow fever (19 deaths) were reported in Peru during 2025.

Dengue
As of 1 Feburary 2026, 4,344 cases (three deaths) of dengue have been reported in Peru since the start of the year. Case numbers usually increase during the first few months of the year. A total of 37,041 cases (56 deaths) were reported during 2025. Serotypes DENV-1, DENV-2 and DENV-3 were reported.
Chikungunya
Between 1 January and 9 August 2025 a total of 84 cases were reported, of which 16 were laboratory confirmed and 68 classified as probable. Confirmed cases have been reported in the departments of San Martin (14 cases) and Loreto (2 cases). No deaths have been reported.
